Role Description

We are looking for a Technical Product manager to lead customer's onboarding process, create high-quality documentation for our developer team including APIs and integration processes. You'll join our Product team based in Hod-Hashron, Israel.

  • Plan and lead customer's onboarding process, platform modules and integrations with focus on outstanding user experience
  • Create high-quality and comprehensive documentation for our requested APIs and integration processes.
  • Create technical specifications, and knowledge base articles ensuring accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
  • Work closely with R&D and Customer success team for problem-solving and escalations.
  • Check system behavior via SQL queries and valid business process within the platform.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Product manager \ Project support \ API Integration Specialist; B2B and SaaS product is highly preferable.
  • 2 years of experience with business processes especially logistics and ecommerce.
  • Excellent English - Verbal and written - must.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and SQL queries - must.
  • Commitment and strong drive to explore, troubleshoot, and diagnose web applications, using Postman, application logs, SQL, and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication, presentation skills, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Science (B.Sc.), Industrial Engineering or related field.
