About The Role
You will be responsible for managing full product lifecycles of components and features in our command and control systems,
operating at the intersection of operational requirements and technical implementation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Driving product development within Agile environments
Defining and refining product requirements with stakeholders and end users
Overseeing system integration, validation, and deployment in the field
Managing planning, progress tracking, and risk assessment
Facilitating clear and effective communication between business and technical teams
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
1–3 years of proven experience in technical product management or systems engineering
Demonstrated leadership in complex, multidisciplinary technical projects
High level of initiative, independence, and organizational skill
Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, OpenShift – Advantage
Familiarity with cloud architectures and networking technologies – Advantage
Experience in defense or command and control systems environments – Advantage
Background as a command and control system user – Advantage
