Marketing Manager, International Medical Aliyah Program (IMAP)

Nefesh B'Nefesh's International Medical Aliyah Program (IMAP) is seeking a strategic, organized, and creative team player to lead our marketing efforts. This is a manager-level position with room for growth; the right candidate is a rosh gadol who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee global marketing and content to promote NBN's Medical Aliyah Program
  • Manage marketing budget 
  • Oversee the creation and promotion of NBN's IMAP brand and events 
  • Track and analyze event performance, measure ROI, and generate reports to inform future planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful and timely delivery
  • Lead and manage a small team to meet departmental goals and support organizational vision
  • Frequent travel abroad (4-5 times per year)

Key Requirements:

  • Five years of proven management and leadership skills in the realm of marketing 
  • Solid understanding of the Jewish diaspora and relevant communities
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management capabilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with task management and sales/marketing tools (Trello, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings
  • Native Level English, fluent Hebrew
