As an
Agency Trading Operations Associate
on the Growth Agency in our Tel Aviv office, you'll play a vital role in managing trading agreements and facilitating the company's agency sales efforts.

In this role, you'll be in charge of technical monitoring and management of trading transactions, control external SDR tools such as Apollo and Clay, build performance progress graphs and automate status reports to Taboola media partners.

You will exercise data analysis using Qliksense, follow legal agreements, and operate in-house systems. The role requires working with Taboola's finance department to build reports accommodating the company's financial statements.

To Thrive In This Role, You'll Need

• Skills in applying monitoring and hands-on data management.
• Data Analysis (Qliksense): Proven ability to perform data analysis using Qliksense or similar Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
• Automated Reporting: Ability to automate manual processes via script or AI environments procedures (e.g. agents).
• Financial Reporting & Liaison: Experience in building reports for financial statements and coordinating closely with the Finance department.

Bonus Points If You Have

• SDR Tool Mastery (Apollo & Clay): Operational expertise in managing and utilizing external Sales Development Representative (SDR) tools like Apollo and Clay.

• Ensure Transaction Integrity: Implement robust technical protocols for top level accuracy and compliance in trading transactions.
• Drive Insightful Strategy: Use Qliksense data analysis to create actionable performance graphs and inform the Growth Agency's strategy.
• Maximize Automation: Fully automate partner reporting (using scripts / AI) to boost efficiency and free up sales time.
• Guarantee Financial Accuracy: Serve as the key operational contact to Finance, providing accurate reports for financial statements and reconciliation.
• Optimize Sales Pipeline: Expertly manage Apollo and Clay SDR tools to ensure clean data and efficient agency outreach.
• Maintain Operational Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to legal agreements and ensure reliable operation of all in-house systems.
