Agency Parnterships Manager, Global Business Solutions

Responsibilities
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team works with advertisers, agencies, and partners to help them connect with TikTok's community and drive meaningful business impact.

Our team aims to create meaningful partnerships with domestic brands and agencies, and help them grow and unlock the creative and commercial power of TikTok. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help domestic clients and agencies achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

As the Agency Partnership Manager, you will be the go-to expert and trusted advisor for advertising agencies across Israel. You will play a critical role in building relationships and strategy with top agencies, enabling them to maximize the potential of TikTok's advertising solutions for their clients.

You will act as a strategic advisor, growth driver, and ecosystem enabler within Israel's advertising industry. You will focus on driving adoption of TikTok solutions, leading education and enablement initiatives, and ultimately contributing to measurable growth for our advertising partners.

Responsibilities

• Agency Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic relationships with key domestic media, creative, and performance agencies, act as their trusted advisor and drive TikTok adoption and revenue growth.

• Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand TikTok investment across agency portfolios, supporting their client success and driving sustainable revenue.

• Strategic Planning: Develop joint business plans with agency partners, set performance goals, and execute partnership initiatives aligned with TikTok's business objectives; Lead discussions around sales targets and rebate deals.

• Adoption of TikTok Solutions: Become an expert in TikTok solutions for businesses, advocate for and promote TikTok's tools and best practices, and adoption of 'TikTok first' mind-set.

• Enablement & Education: Lead training, workshops, and thought leadership sessions to educate agencies on TikTok's suite of advertising products, best practices, and creative excellence.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Measurement teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful campaign execution.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of digital and social trends in the Israeli market, providing insights that inform TikTok's go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in digital media, advertising, or advertising agencies.

• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships within the Israeli advertising ecosystem.

• Deep understanding performance marketing, media planning and the advertising agency landscape in Israel.

• Strong background in sales and client management, with a demonstrated ability to grow business relationships.

• Exceptional communication and proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level stakeholders.

• Experience leading workshops and education sessions

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies for business growth.

• Experience in creating compelling presentations using industry insights and internal proof points to drive strategic decisions.

• Strong network in the local media landscape.
