About the Role

We're looking for a 
driven and analytical Senior Media Buyer
 to join our growing team.

If you're passionate about data, eager to optimize performance, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — this role is for you.

You'll take ownership of performance campaigns across multiple advertising platforms, analyze results, and help shape the strategies that drive user growth for top-tier mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks and programmatic platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and performance.
  • Monitor key KPIs such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and ROI to ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative, data, and tech teams to test new approaches and scale successful campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and programmatic advertising.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience buying media on digital advertising platforms (required).
  • Proven experience with 
    user acquisition channels
     such as Moloco, AppLovin, Taboola, Kayzen, Mintegral, Unity, etc. (advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in 
    Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and team spirit — you're collaborative, reliable, and curious.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A degree in a quantitative or analytical field is an advantage.
