We are seeking a highly skilled and driven
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead and execute marketing strategies in the dynamic field of cybersecurity. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning our brand, products, and solutions in the market, driving demand generation, and building thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning
    : Develop and own the global marketing strategy for cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
  • Campaign Management
    : Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, ABM, and PR) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Content & Messaging
    : Craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and thought leadership materials that resonate with technical and executive audiences.
  • Digital Marketing
    : Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, website, and email campaigns, ensuring data-driven optimization and measurable ROI.
  • Events & Webinars
    : Plan and execute cybersecurity industry events, conferences, and webinars to build visibility and generate leads.
  • Sales Enablement
    : Partner with the sales team to create collateral, case studies, playbooks, and tools that support deal acceleration.
  • Market Intelligence
    : Monitor cybersecurity industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Team Leadership
    : Manage and mentor a small marketing team and external agencies/vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, trends, and buyer personas (CISOs, IT decision-makers, technical teams).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams across sales, product, and leadership functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
