What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online performance marketing (ad-tech/iGaming a strong advantage) –
must have

What You'll Do
- Actively drive new business development through research, pursuit, and partnership growth.
- Manage an eight-figure annual revenue portfolio with direct accountability for results.
- Own partner relationships across commercial, financial, and marketing fronts, handling day-to-day execution.
- Negotiate and optimize commercial terms backed by analytical data and performance metrics.
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through data analysis.
- Work hands-on with internal teams and operations to deliver on partner needs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze site performance, turning data into actionable improvements.
