Business Development Manager

We're seeking a
Business Development Manager
to lead growth and drive new sales opportunities.
This is a key role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and wants to make a tangible impact in the rapidly evolving
voice and agentic AI market
.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and work closely with senior leadership to execute our ambitious global growth plans.
What you'll do
- Drive inbound and outbound lead generation, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to closure.
- Conduct market research and segmentation to identify and map target accounts.
- Build, nurture, and close relationships with new and existing clients.
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, and Nooks to manage all sales activities.
- Develop a strong pipeline of upsell opportunities and new prospects.
- Represent the company at global industry events and conferences.
- Take ownership of pipeline, logo acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Report directly to the CRO.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience
in Business Development or Sales (BDR/SDR/Manager level). - Proven expertise in
SaaS
environments — ideally with exposure to
voice, audio, or AI-driven products
. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent self-management and organizational abilities.
- Native or fluent English (mandatory).
- Experience selling to
technical buyers
or a technical background – a strong advantage. - Prior experience in startups or small, agile teams is highly valued.
- Familiarity with AI agents/APIs – a plus.
- Willingness to
travel internationally
when required.
