About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Business Development Manager
to lead our business development activities and drive the expansion of the company's operations across existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development function and expand the company's presence in local markets.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local stakeholders.
- Develop and manage relationships with investors, consultants, and financial institutions.
- Initiate and drive innovative business initiatives to achieve a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to define objectives and implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development (real estate / investments / finance – advantage)
- Strong leadership and presence – a true team leader and dealmaker
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic mindset and broad business understanding
- Good English
