Business Development Manage
r to build and lead a high-performing sales team, drive strategic growth, and shape the company's business development efforts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a motivated sales team from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement effective sales processes, business development strategies, and scalable workflows.
  • Lead new product introduction, positioning, and value proposition development for new solutions.
  • Drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
  • Execute hands-on sales, including field work, client meetings, demos, and onsite visits.
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs and performance metrics that support revenue growth and strategic goals.
  • Initiate and lead new processes, business initiatives, and innovative methodologies that support company expansion.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, pitches, and product demonstrations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with management to help shape the company's direction, GTM strategy, and growth roadmap.
  • Stay active in ongoing strategic initiatives while maintaining strong operational execution in the field.

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to define, analyze, and enhance KPIs, funnels, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience leading new processes, product initiatives, or business development activities.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, innovation, and the ability to drive new ideas forward.
