What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of diverse client accounts and ensure their success.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients.
  • Spot opportunities, evaluate solutions, and recommend the right business strategies.
  • Develop and expand long-term business relationships.
  • Act as the main feedback bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate to create innovative, results-driven business solutions.
  • Manage daily partner communications and foster long-term engagement.
  • Dive into data and turn insights into action.
  • Represent Schemathics at major international conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Native-level 
    Hebrew and English
    .
  • 2+ years of Business Development experience in the Performance Marketing field – mandatory.
  • A proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new clients, you're a natural deal-closer with the persistence and creativity to open doors in competitive markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
  • A sharp, accurate, and highly organized problem-solver who takes initiative.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment while leading process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • BSc/BA in a quantitative field – an advantage.
