As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a vital part of our mission to ensure our clients thrive. You will have a direct impact on our company's growth by nurturing relationships and driving value for our most important asset: our customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients in Russian-speaking markets, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.
- Drive product adoption and value for existing accounts by developing and implementing tailored customer success strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with our product, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and proactively address any challenges.
- Identify opportunities for upsells and renewals, helping to expand our partnerships and grow existing accounts.
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing B2B role, with a proven track record in customer success or account management within the gaming or mobile industries.
- Native or professional fluency in Russian.
- An analytical and data-driven approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating product value.
- The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for building long-term partnerships and fostering client loyalty.
