As a Monetization Manager, you will be a strategic thinker who can provide gaming publishers with best-in-class direct-to-consumer (D2C) monetization strategies. If you are passionate about mobile gaming and love using data to drive revenue, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with gaming publishers to develop and implement effective D2C monetization strategies.
  • Help clients achieve and exceed their direct-to-consumer revenue share goals through strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) planning.
  • Manage and provide consulting services for VIP user programs.
  • Create and maintain knowledge centers to share best practices and insights.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience within the mobile gaming ecosystem.
  • A deep, hands-on understanding of monetization and GTM strategies.
  • A highly data-oriented mindset with a track record of using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in building and sharing knowledge centers.
  • Excellent people skills and a passion for collaboration and client success.
