As we expand, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Monetization Manager to join our team

The Monetization team drives revenue growth while ensuring a great gaming experience through data-driven decision-making aligned with company objectives. This role collaborates closely with Data Analysts, Economists, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, and Designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of monetization managers while driving the monetization strategy of one of our leading games to maximize player value and revenue potential.
  • Plan, implement, and manage weekly events and campaigns to drive revenue growth, analyzing user data and behaviour.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize revenue, enhance user experience, and implement new features, using insights from user data.
  • Collaborate daily with BA, Economics, QA, Product, R&D, and Design teams to execute high-quality events and promotions.
  • Develop and adjust data dashboards to meet departmental business needs.
  • Act as the team's Subject Matter Expert and support knowledge sharing across the department.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager or Product Monetization in the gaming industry.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experience in project execution and ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration.
