POP - Director of Monetization

As the Director of Monetization at POP,  your mission would be to deeply understand player behavior and craft monetization strategies that drive long-term revenue growth, retention, and engagement — without compromising the player experience and fun.

We're looking for a hungry, highly motivated leader that would join our management team, drive innovation and help us to reach our (very) ambitious goals

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute monetization initiatives to boost player retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of monetization activities, collaborating with product, creative, R&D, and QA teams.
• Lead and manage teams situated in Tel-Aviv and Vietnam
• Analyze and monitor in-game activities and player engagement, measuring against KPI indicators.
• Possess a strong enthusiasm for playing mobile games.

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a monetization lead in gaming
• +2 years as a hands on Monetization manager in a gaming company
• Demonstrates traits of a creative marketer, organized producer, technical operator, and smart analyst.
• A methodical, organized, and thorough individual capable of designing efficient work processes.
• A highly inventive problem-solver who can provide insightful and innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• A focus on consumer behavior within digital entertainment or gaming.
• Prior experience in the social games industry.
