Marketing Automation Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team and take charge of developing marketing plans and executing data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing automation platforms, BI tools, and customer engagement. A solid background in banking or securities investments is a significant advantage.
This role focuses on creating impactful multi-channel campaigns and leveraging data insights to optimize customer lifetime value. You will work across various channels, including push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, SMS, and email, to deliver personalized and results-driven marketing initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Create, execute, and optimize campaigns and customer journeys using marketing automation.
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for internal channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, SMS, email and more.
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
- Build and implement marketing plans to drive customer engagement, monetization, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, customer support) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on best practices and innovations in marketing automation and customer communication channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing roles within B2C companies, with a strong focus on customer engagement, retention, and activation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Proven experience in building and managing multi-channel campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups, SMS, email).
- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
- Background in financial services, banking, or securities investments – a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and strategies for increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal - Must.
- Strong analytical mindset, with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Creative and strategic Marketer, with the ability to bring innovative marketing ideas into execution.
