About the Role
We're looking for a Brand & Design Specialist to take charge of our entire visual and conceptual identity. This is a rare opportunity to define and own the brand experience from scratch - crafting the design system, creative cadence, and emotional punch that turns casual players into committed fans.
You'll be responsible for everything from visual identity management to high-throughput creative asset production. You'll make sure every touchpoint talks our brand - bold, sharp, confident, and unmistakably us - without ever falling into cliché.
This is a hands-on role that calls for a rare mix of art direction vision and production-level speed.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the brand identity anchored in our strategy.
- Maintain a cohesive visual language and asset library across all platforms (website, in-app, social, ads, merch)
- Translate brand tone into visuals that are bold, sharp, witty, and confident.
- Design and localize high-performing creative across multiple languages (EN, ES, PT-BR, AR)
- Develop a dynamic content system for short-form, snackable assets built for fast iteration and viral hooks
- Craft and evolve key campaign visuals and taglines.
- Support the creative production engine, building assets for videos, tournaments, promotional pushes, and landing pages
- Collaborate with product, growth, and monetization to ensure design serves both brand and business KPIs
What You Bring
- 4–7+ years of experience as a visual designer, art director, or brand specialist in digital-first environments (gaming, fintech, DTC, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate strategy into powerful visual systems
- Obsessed with brand consistency - but not afraid to break things when it works
- Hands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, motion tools (After Effects a plus)
- Experience in multi-language design localization (especially LATAM and Arabic-speaking markets)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing design - ads, landing pages, social creative
- Highly organized with ability to produce at speed, adapt fast, and iterate often
- A genuine love for challenger brands, edgy narratives, and high-paced environments
- Bonus: experience in designing for real-money games, esports, or lifestyle brands
