About the Role

We're a performance marketing agency helping brands grow through smart and effective advertising. We're looking for a hands-on paid media specialist to plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.

If you're analytical, results-driven, and comfortable working independently- this role might be perfect for you.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this position means owning the full campaign lifecycle: from strategy and execution to reporting and optimization. You'll make data-backed decisions, collaborate with our creative team, and consistently improve ROAS and CAC for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
  • Monitor and optimize performance daily to improve key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA)
  • Analyze data and generate clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to test ad creatives
  • Stay up to date with platform updates and performance trends
  • Communicate results and recommendations to internal team or clients

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Comfortable managing budgets between 5K–50K ILS per month
  • Ability to write clear performance reports in English
  • Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads certifications – an advantage
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working remotely
