to join the HR team in Israel.

What You'll Do

  • Support and implement HR activities such as: employee relations, staffing, and organizational development
  • Assist in the communication of human resource policies and programs
  • Support recruiting efforts - partner with managers to create job descriptions and manage all requisitions until final approval
  • Lead candidate screening, interviews, and hiring protocols
  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Support global mobility needs according to company's guidelines.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of demonstrated HR experience, preferably in a global environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading recruitment processes
  • Acquaintance with the energy or infrastructure sector - a big plus
  • Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on, self-directed, and motivated with excellent organizational skills
