About the role

Kela Group is a fast-growing multinational cybersecurity group, specializing in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), and advanced attack simulation technologies. With operations across Israel, Japan, the U.S., and Europe, we are looking for a talented Director of FP&A to join our finance team and lead financial planning and analysis across multiple entities and geographies.

This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, with a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a global cybersecurity group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across all global business units.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (including scenario analysis, project financing, and growth plans).
  • Deliver clear and insightful monthly reporting packages, KPIs, and variance analyses for management and the board.
  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders (Sales, R&D, Product, HR) to provide decision support and strategic insights.
  • Oversee and continuously improve financial systems, tools, and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership in long-term planning, investment evaluations, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare high-level presentations and financial updates for board meetings and investors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA – advantage).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles within global companies (cyber/tech/SaaS – strong plus).
  • Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple geographies.
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with ERP/BI/financial planning systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, multinational environment.
