Business Operations Associate (Medical Startup)

About Us

We are a team specializing in developing innovative medical device products.

Role Description

We are looking for a resourceful, highly organized, and proactive individual to partner closely with our VP of Business Development. You will wear many hats — from coordinating patents and contracts, to preparing presentations, supporting clinical trials, organizing conferences, assisting with sales efforts, and managing special projects. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the inner workings of a medical startup, learn rapidly, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Please note that this is a full-time
on site
role which may require traveling in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support patent filings, contracts, and document management.
  • Prepare and polish presentations, sales materials, and conference content.
  • Assist with coordination of pre clinical and clinical trial activities and research tasks.
  • Track and follow up on action items across multiple projects.
  • Conduct market and competitive research for business development initiatives.
  • Be a point of contact for vendors, partners, and internal teams.

  • Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or startups is a plus, but not required.
