Role Overview

We're seeking our first
Marketing Manager
to lead both traditional and AI-driven marketing efforts, ensuring Converge Bio is recognized as a leader in AI for drug discovery. This role covers marketing strategy, execution, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting biotech, pharma, CROs and CDMOs.
  • Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Reddit and other channels.
  • Manage company presence at conferences and webinars.
  • Coordinate joint campaigns with partners.
  • Lead AI-driven marketing by constant early adoption of new AI marketing capabilities.
  • Plan and manage marketing budget

Content & Branding

  • Ownership of the company website
  • Ownership of social media including company page and thought leadership positioning.
  • Create and manage high-quality marketing assets, case studies, white papers, videos, and presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Manage CRM integration for all marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance.
  • Monitor website performance and attribution.
  • Identify trends and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing.
  • Experience implementing AI tools for marketing.
  • Proven success in digital campaign management and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
