Geo-Mobility, the exclusive importer of the revolutionary electric brand ZEEKR, is looking for a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy in the Israeli market.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the marketing efforts of a premium, innovative, and game-changing electric vehicle (EV) brand. We are looking for a strategic leader to build the ZEEKR brand identity and drive market success from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the owner of the local brand strategy and execution, directly impacting ZEEKR's position as a premium market leader.

  • Full partnership in building the local marketing strategy for the ZEEKR brand in Israel, translating market trends and competitive analysis into a clear, actionable work plan.
  • Directly manage and mentor the Marketing and Customer Relations team, fostering development and leading the team to success.
  • Initiate and lead ventures to promote the business and elevate the brand's status, mobilizing partners, and building a detailed execution plan.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing efforts and workflow processes with the team: developing briefs, setting Gantt charts, refining target audiences, and ensuring seamless content planning.
  • Lead market research and in-depth analysis to identify consumer needs, preferences, and insights, guiding precise marketing actions.
  • Map and manage all customer touchpoints across the entire purchasing and service journey (both digital and physical).
  • Create breakthrough digital and social campaigns to build the brand's status as innovative, unique, and a market leader.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree – A MUST.
  • 6+ years in Marketing Management roles, with a strong preference for candidates from the Consumer Goods / Automotive sectors.
  • Proven experience in building strategic marketing plans and managing complex, multi-interface campaigns.
  • Deep consumer understanding and strong analytical skills for data interpretation and market research.
  • Proven experience working with advertising agencies, digital partners, and strategic external partners.
  • Demonstrated team management experience within the marketing field and the ability to lead professional teams.
  • High digital orientation, including social media management and leading digital advertising campaigns.
  • High-level proficiency in English (written and verbal).
