The MCE Manager is responsible for leading the creation, design, and execution of high-impact external communication and marketing content for Yarzin-Sella's global clients and partners. This role focuses exclusively on outward-facing materials—including QBRs, corporate decks, on-site value-add content, and strategic communication assets that reflect the company's brand, capabilities, and program excellence.

Acting as a central content and design resource for the organization, the MCE Manager ensures that all materials leaving the company are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and supportive of Yarzin-Sella's client relationships and business goals. They will collaborate closely with operational, culinary, sustainability, and leadership teams to translate strategy into top-tier content for external stakeholders.

The MCE Manager will assist in the creation of strategic materials as needed, enabling company leadership to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

  2. Develop and lead content strategies that elevate Yarzin-Sella's presence with clients and partners across global markets.

  3. Create and maintain compelling brand narratives, ensuring consistency of visual and verbal identity across all external-facing materials.
  4. Partner with Culinary, Sustainability, Procurement, HR, Operations, and leadership to ensure client-facing materials reflect strategic priorities and program goals.

  5. External Communication & Content Frameworks

  6. Build and manage structured communication frameworks that support strategic alignment across regions, sites, and client accounts.

  7. Oversee client-facing digital content, presentation assets, templates, and collateral to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity.
  8. Ensure all outbound communication materials reflect high-quality design standards and align with the company's strategic direction.

  9. Support for Client-Facing & Operational Teams

  10. Provide tools, templates, and guidance for creating QBRs, presentations, and on-site program materials.

  11. Collaborate with on-site teams to craft tailored communication content that enhances user experience and supports program adoption.
  12. Serve as a resource for leadership and account teams in crafting materials for client meetings and external engagement opportunities.

  14. Produce high-quality visual and written content, including:

  15. QBR decks
  16. Program and strategic presentations
  17. On-site informational materials
  18. Marketing assets and value-add content
  19. External updates and summaries aligned with strategic priorities
  20. Support the creation of content for RFPs, ensuring visual excellence, clear storytelling, and alignment with client needs.
  21. Develop social-media-aligned content concepts and maintain awareness of digital engagement trends.

  22. Communications Execution & Design Delivery

  23. Lead the design and production of all outbound communication materials, ensuring clarity, creativity, and brand consistency.

  24. Manage day-to-day content operations, version control, and quality assurance for materials shared with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  25. Ensure all deliverables apply best-practice design, strong storytelling, and modern digital standards.

Requirements:

Must:

  • Undergraduate degree in
    Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
    .
  • High proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong storytelling and writing abilities; ability to simplify complex ideas into clear narratives.
  • High proficiency in
    presentation and design tools
    : PowerPoint, Gamma, Photoshop (or equivalent), and AI design tools.

  • Experience in marketing, communications, design-heavy roles, or client-facing content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of
    AI writing and content-generation tools
    and exceptional self-learning ability with new technologies.
  • Understanding of
