Full-time (Sun-Thu, 09:00 – 18:00) + Rotational Fridays (1:3)
About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy and service-oriented
Technical Support Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be more than just a troubleshooter; you will be a professional guide for business owners, helping them master our
ERP, CRM, and POS systems
. Your mission is to provide high-quality, educational support that empowers our clients to manage their businesses more efficiently
What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Omnichannel Support:
Provide expert technical assistance via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp. - Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues within our business management platforms. - Client Education:
Guide business owners through system configurations and share best practices to optimize their workflows. - Case Management:
Manage, document, and follow up on support tickets with high attention to detail.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Customer Experience:
Proven background in customer service or technical support (Call center experience is a major plus). - Instructional Skills:
The ability to simplify complex technical concepts and explain them patiently to non-technical users. - Technical Affinity:
A strong interest in or familiarity with the software world (SaaS, ERP, or POS systems). - Language Proficiency:
Native-level Hebrew and high-level English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking). - Flexibility:
Ability to work full-time hours and participate in rotational Friday shifts (once every three weeks).
