DRS RADA is looking for a Logistics Applications Lead to join the Applications & Operational Excellence team.

The role combines a deep understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes with hands-on expertise in ERP and MES systems.

The position is based in Beit She'an and serves as the focal point for digital logistics and production systems on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the site focal point for logistics applications – ERP (Priority) and MES – supporting material management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and shop-floor processes.
  • Analyze and translate operational needs into system solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and cross-system integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for logistics modules and related interfaces (inventory, purchasing, planning, manufacturing).
  • Lead local implementation activities, including testing, documentation, and user training.
  • Monitor data accuracy and process compliance within ERP and MES.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and traceability across the material flow.
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement and automation projects related to logistics and shop-floor processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing systems (ERP, MES).
  • Hands-on experience with Priority ERP (logistics modules: inventory, purchasing, MRP, production) – a must.
  • Experience with MES or shop-floor control systems – a must.
  • Experience with PLM (Teamcenter) – an advantage
  • BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Technology.
  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
  • Excellent communication and service orientation.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
