What will you do at SuperPlay?:

  • Oversee project priorities and schedules while maintaining a steady flow of top-quality creative work.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Game, and Partner teams to ensure all motion deliverables align with the brand's visual identity and campaign objectives.
  • Take an active, hands-on role in complex productions while leading the team's overall creative vision and direction.
  • Continuously push boundaries by researching and integrating new tools, design trends, and AI-powered workflows into the motion design process

Who are you?:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in motion design.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere).
  • Experience with Trapcode Suite or similar plugins for 3D effects and particle simulations.
  • Strong understanding of 3D compositing, post-production, and animation pipelines.
  • Experience with AI-driven design and animation tools/workflows.
  • Exceptional design sensibility and ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual stories.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A creative leader who is both a visionary and a doer.
  • Someone who thrives on collaboration but also brings a distinct creative point of view.
  • A mentor passionate about growing talent, while still excited to roll up their sleeves on key projects.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who can balance creativity with business objectives.
