Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Support Specialist will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, provide technical support, resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Duties will include communicating with customers via various channels, troubleshooting technical problems, documenting interactions, and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer support and customer satisfaction skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, empathy, and active listening
  • Proficiency in technical support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Sharp analytical thinking with effective problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Hebrew, Arabic, Russian) are a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar customer-centric or tech support role (1–3 years recommended)
  • Patience, empathy, resilience; able to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Time-management skills—able to multitask and prioritize effectively
