We're hiring Head of Digital Development | Financial Industry

A leading financial company is looking for an
experienced and strategic Head of Digital Development
to lead two digital teams and shape the company's technological roadmap across mobile, web, and AI domains.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the company's
    mobile applications
    and selected
    web platforms
  • Lead and mentor
    two professional development teams
  • Manage a team of
    Webmasters
    ensuring delivery excellence and innovation
  • Drive the
    adoption of AI technologies
    within the company's digital ecosystem

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years
    of proven experience with
    React Native
    (strategic understanding, not hands-on)
  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    mobile app ecosystems
  • 1+ year
    of experience
    managing multiple teams
  • Strong grasp of
    mobile and web architecture
    , including integration with
    APIs and databases
  • Familiarity with
    AI technologies
    (from intelligent agents to development tools)
  • Experience in the
    financial industry
    – a strong advantage
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to
    influence and drive change
