The Job

As Head of Information Systems, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing all core information systems across the company – ERP, CRM, BI, Billing, financial, and operational platforms. You will drive system integrations, implementations, and optimizations to support business growth and operational excellence.

This position reports directly to the VP of Technology & Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate company-wide systems: ERP, CRM, BI, Billing, financial and operational platforms.
  • Translate business and technological needs into system requirements and oversee implementation.
  • Lead integrations between Billing and core business/operational systems.
  • Ensure availability, accuracy, and reliability of billing and collection data.
  • Manage software, hardware, and cloud service providers, including contracts and SLAs.
  • Oversee information security, user access, backups, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead innovation projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives aligned with company strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in IT/Information Systems management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing Billing systems in mobile/telecom companies.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, BI systems and complex IT project management.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and cloud services.
  • Strong business-technology acumen, excellent service orientation, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Big plus

  • Background in telecom, mobile, or retail industries.
  • Hands-on experience leading large-scale Billing projects (migrations, upgrades, integrations).
