In this role, you will contribute to creating financial and marketing content for  Polska to help investors make smarter decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spreading the information about financial markets, investing, and the use cases of our platform, InvestingPro - articles, videos, social media.
• Collaborate with the core marketing team to develop integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a content strategy tailored for the Polish market, aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Lead efforts to identify, engage, and manage relationships with suitable influencers to join the affiliate program. Support promotional activities through regular communication and ensure alignment with brand and performance goals.
• Create and edit compelling financial/marketing content (SEO Optimised), including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos and website copy, to drive conversions and educate users.
• Translate and adapt existing content from other language editions, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy for the Polish audience.
• Analyse content performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Assist the Site Lead with affiliate marketing activities and the operational side of site management to ensure the final product fits your audience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our financial products and services, translating complex financial concepts into clear and accessible language and marketing innovations.
• Oversee the primary social media channels of  Polska, driving audience growth through strategic and engaging content creation. Opportunity to launch and host a new YouTube channel as the on-camera presenter.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience as an active trader/investor. Proficiency in financial market analysis.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing & content marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Solid writing and editing skills in Polish, with demonstrable experience in Content marketing/copywriting.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels and content marketing principles.
• Ability to contribute to content creation across various formats, including written content, and potentially video, for social media.
• Demonstrated experience in financial topics.
• Native written and verbal communication skills in Polish and fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage tasks efficiently.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a team player.
• Hungry for professional growth.

Advantage:

• Strong on-camera presence and comfortable with public speaking (YouTube channel).
• Experience with AI, SEO and analytics tools.
• Experience in the SaaS industry.
