We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role is perfect for someone passionate about solving complex technical challenges and thrives on helping clients achieve their goals.
As a Sales Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Sales, International, and play a pivotal role in driving direct sales efforts for Hexagon's Physical Security solutions in the APAC region, with a particular emphasis on Northern India.
The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying opportunities, engaging with customers and partners, and closing deals to support our company's growth objectives in the region. Join our extraordinary team and help us create a safer world
Lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and deal closure with key system integrators, partners, and large customers.
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and financial justifications to illustrate the value of Hexagon Physical Security solutions.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting through
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by managing customer expectations effectively.
Track and report on customer, market, and competitive activity.
Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Services, and Product Management to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals for the assigned territory.
Travel throughout the APAC region (mainly in India) and internationally as needed.
5+ years of demonstrated success selling enterprise software solutions and/or Video Management Systems (VMS) and PSIM solutions.
Experience in one or more relevant domains such as Physical Security, Incident Management (PSIM), Security Software, or operational software (e.g., ERP).
Proven success selling to industries like Transportation (Airports/Mass Transit), Utilities, Government, Safe City programs, and large corporates.
Strong solution selling skills with the ability to communicate value to C-level and VP-level executives.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven, with a strong team orientation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and (or equivalent CRM).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced degrees are a plus.
