As we expand, we're looking for a rockstar Talent Acquisition Partner to join our great team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible and manage full-cycle recruitment process and hire top-notch candidates - from sourcing candidates to closing hires.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring journey.
- Understand the required skills and qualifications to effectively identify, recruit, and hire top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and offer strategic guidance on the recruitment process.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Monitor, analyze, and present key recruitment KPIs and metrics (TTF, TTH, funnel metrics, etc.), as well as sourcing data, to identify trends, optimize processes, and translate insights into actionable, data-driven improvements across the hiring process.
- Plan and organize recruitment-related events and special projects, including meetups, special programs, tech events, panels, and webinars.
- Conduct in-depth HR interviews, providing professional assessments of candidates fit for the role and company culture.
- Ensure a positive and delightful experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Ability to create and implement a wide range of sourcing strategies and tools to attract top talent.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on, with a strong sense of urgency to get things done.
- Proven ability to partner closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and solve recruiting challenges effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Data-driven mindset - experienced in analyzing conversion funnels and sourcing metrics to continuously optimize recruitment strategies.
- A collaborative team player with an inclusive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English and Hebrew.
