Location: Tel Aviv (4 days/week in office)

What You'll Do
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers at key accounts.
  • Deeply understand client goals, challenges, and technical environments.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account value.
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, ensuring a seamless and value-driven start.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal QA and product teams.
  • Advocate for clients internally, influencing product improvements and innovation.
  • Act as a proactive, hands-on partner — not just a vendor.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience owning the full client lifecycle — onboarding to expansion.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate complex solutions to business value.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable — you take initiative and get things done.
  • Passion for innovation and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
