About the Role

We are looking for a full-time product manager to join our talented team – an energetic owner, that can inject his marketing experience into our product

The Product Manager plays a key role in designing and forming main products.

Responsibilities: 
  • Define and prioritize new feature development. Get requirements, define function and non function specification, user experience, wireframes and solution documentation
  • Work hand in hand with the development team in an agile environment to state clear user stories, product vision, and specifications. Ensure product quality, agreed-upon schedule, and specifications throughout the development process
  • Combine usage data, market and user research, and industry best practices to identify user problems and transform them into validated solutions
  • Proactively monitor the product's KPIs, and identify gaps/solutions
  • Measure the results of product changes, decide and communicate with success or failure
  • Conduct research and usability tests
  • Ensure all processes and product information is documentedRequirements: 
  • 1-3 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a SaaS company and in the marketing industry
  • Strong product UX and design sense
  • Analytical skills with strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
  • Think creatively, deal with ambiguity and manage changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - be a team player
  • Highly self-motivated, autodidact and well organized
  • Excellent English (written and verbal)
  • Have a desire to constantly learn and expand your skills and knowledge. Share your findings with your team to help bring everyone into speed
