Job Description
Role Overview:
A challenging and dynamic position involving ongoing management of customer accounts, complex monthly billing, reconciliations, and controls. The role includes interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the process of complex monthly customer billing
- Performing ongoing reconciliations and controls
- Generating reports and tracking payments
- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Working as part of the finance team and collaborating with other departments
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accounts receivable bookkeeper – mandatory
- Good command of English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Ability to work independently with international clients
- Proactive approach and initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Priority ERP system
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, reports) – mandatory
Certificates/Qualifications and Required Skills:
Education/Certificates: Bookkeeping Level 2 – Level 3 is an advantage
Licenses:
Previous Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping in a medium/large organization (advantage for experience in a service company or high-volume transaction environment)

Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00

תפקיד מאתגר ודינמי הכולל טיפול שוטף בחשבונות לקוחות, חיובים חודשיים מורכבים, התאמות ובקרה. העבודה משלבת ממשקים עם גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים, בסביבה מקצועית ותומכת.
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
- ניהול תהליך חיוב לקוחות חודשיים מורכבים.
- ביצוע התאמות ובקרות שוטפות.
- הפקת דוחות ומעקב אחרי תשלומים.
- תקשורת שוטפת עם לקוחות וגורמים פנימיים.
- עבודה בצוות כספים תוך שיתוף פעולה עם מחלקות נוספות.
דרישות התפקיד:
נסיון קודם כמנהלת חשבונות לקוחות – חובה
שליטה באנגלית ברמה טובה (כתיבה ודיבור) – חובה
יכולת התנהלות עצמאית מול לקוחות בינלאומיים
"ראש גדול" ויכולת יוזמה
יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
ידע בפריורטי
שליטה גבוהה באקסל (נוסחאות מורכבות, דוחות) – חובה
השכלה/תעודות : מנהח סוג 2 – סוג 3 יתרון
ניסיון מקצועי קודם:
מינימום 3 שנות ניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות לקוחות בארגון בינוני/גדול (יתרון אם זה בחברת שירותים או בסביבה מרובת עסקאות)
