Nisha is hiring on behalf of one of our clients

We are seeking a
results-driven PPC Campaign Manager
to take ownership of paid media strategy. This is a
new in-house role
(previously managed externally) with direct impact on growth and lead generation. The position reports to the
VP of Marketing
and involves managing high-budget campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across
    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing
    .
  • Manage
    full-funnel media buying
    for both B2B and B2C initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platforms, internal dashboards, and tools such as
    Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce
    .
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Set up proper tracking for campaigns and conversion events (UTM tagging, audience segmentation, lead scoring).
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad creatives and landing pages that convert.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and messaging strategies.
  • Support the development and optimization of
    affiliate marketing campaigns
    ; coordinate with partners to drive quality leads.
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports, highlighting trends and optimizations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in
    paid media and affiliate marketing
    .

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
    in PPC/media buying across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing.
  • Experience in
    SaaS or tech marketing
    , including B2B funnels.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns at scale, across
    B2B and B2C
    .
  • Hands-on expertise with
    HubSpot and Salesforce
    for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of
    affiliate marketing
    and partner performance tracking.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • A self-starter who can manage projects independently and drive measurable performance.
