  • אחריות תפעולית מלאה על אתר יוקנעם – חניות, ניקיון, תחזוקה, מכולת והזמנות שוטפות.
  • ניהול מלאי ציוד משרדי, מחשוב ואחזקה, כולל הזמנות ומעקב.
  • ישיבה בעמדת הקבלה: קבלת אורחים, מענה טלפוני ושירות לעובדי המשרד.
  • הובלת פרויקטים קטנים בתחומי אחזקה ותפעול המשרדים.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון קודם בניהול משרד / אדמיניסטרציה – חובה.
  • ניסיון קודם בניהול יומנים של הנהלה בכירה – חובה.
  • שירותיות גבוהה, סדר ויכולת ניהול משימות במקביל.
  • שליטה ביישומי Office
