Responsible for creating and overseeing Company's policies and guidelines in alignment with Kornit's strategy and objectivesResponsible for the corporate legal aspects and secretarial matters of Kornit as a publicly traded company, including BOD, SEC and Nasdaq compliance, governance, and filingsResponsible for compliance, lead the compliance policies and activities, including Anti Bribery, Privacy and GDPRLead professional legal team that responsible to provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal adviceParticipate in overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processesRequirements:What should you have?LLB, certified Israel bar association (or an equivalent legal degree and membership worldwide)At least 12-15 years post admission of experience in-house with a Global technology focused companyExperience leading a Legal team, ideally in a global high-tech companyExperience in publicly US traded companiesKnowledge and experience in global regulatory regimes (such as GDPR)Broad-based commercial and corporate experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSuperb English language drafting and negotiation skills (English mother tongue level – Preferable)Highly motivated to contribute to the organization and learn.Ability to work long hours vis-à-vis different time zones under pressure
