Role Overview
We are looking for a
German-speaking
, results-driven Partnerships & Alliances Manager to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of Scytale's strategic partnerships and alliances, with a primary focus on the Dach, Nordics and Benelux regions.
This could be an exciting opportunity for very capable SW sales managers to pivot into the world of cloud alliances and partnerships, a new and attractive role in today's partner-driven SW market.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in international software sales or partnerships, with at least 2 years working in the DACH, Nordics or Benelux markets
- A proven experience of meeting revenue quotas
- Languages: Proficiency in English and German is a must. Other EU languages are a significant advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Autonomy: A proactive individual contributor capable of self-learning and executing complex projects independently.
- Market Expertise: Experience in data protection, security compliance, IT audits, or cybersecurity is an advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot CRM and a structured, process-oriented approach to managing pipelines.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Strategic Growth: Identify, evaluate, and engage with relevant cloud software resellers and distributors to create impactful business opportunities.
- AWS Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS sales and partner teams, driving brand awareness, pipeline development, and joint activities such as events and campaigns.
- Value Presentation: Promote Scytale's value proposition and partnership programs to potential partners, channels, and distributors, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in security compliance.
- Onboarding & Enablement: Manage the onboarding process for AWS teams and partners, providing training to ensure efficient sales cycles and alignment with Scytale's offerings.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the partner-led pipeline to maximize revenues and drive business growth in your territories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and influencer marketing, to align strategies and initiatives for regional growth.
