Job Description
The Israel Service Experience Country Leader manages the service experience delivery at the country level. This includes overseeing the development, implementation, and governance of service products or solutions, driving revenue growth, and achieving business goals such as revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires expert knowledge to guide a team in solving complex business and technical challenges. It manages a team of highly skilled professionals and significantly impacts business outcomes. The role advises on policies and long-term goals and oversees the team's high-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the success of the team.
  • Set strategic plans for the service business, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
  • Track and manage key business metrics like revenue and customer satisfaction; create action plans for any issues.
  • Build strong relationships with various internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance the team's results.
  • Assign tasks, provide direction and coaching, and remove obstacles to help your team succeed.
  • Foster a work environment encouraging growth, high performance, and rewards.
  • Achieve diversity and HR goals.
  • Mentor other team members and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee development.

Experience

  • At least 12 years in Service Business Management with a strong background in managing high-level individual contributors.
  • Solid experience in a similar role.
  • Experience leading teams that deliver technical services.
  • Education: Typically requires a university degree, with advanced degrees preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the market and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of business models, strategies, and processes.
  • Ability to manage people and business relationships, and experience in organizational design and planning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage team productivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Solid understanding of business management, financial expertise, and strategic planning.
  • Recognized authority in your field with the ability to drive change and provide thought leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with frequent influence across functions and at the executive level.
