The company offers software services and research consulting to a wide range of sectors, including public sector, businesses, philanthropic foundations, academic institutions, and research organizations.

Role Description

We are seeking Research Project Managers with a strong background in the social sciences and proven expertise in outcome-oriented thinking, metric development, measurement tool design, and hands-on leadership of complex impact evaluation processes.

This is a part-time position (40–50%), with potential to expand in the future. The role is hybrid, combining work from our Kfar Saba office, client sites, and home.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • PhD degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in applied social research consulting, including leading outcome-based processes, developing metrics and tools, and managing evaluation processes for social programs.
  • Proven project leadership and client consulting skills.
  • Strong ability to identify, process, and analyze information from diverse sources, databases, and international academic or applied research.
  • Experience with software implementation, client onboarding, and technical guidance – an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Office/G Suite tools, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in data and statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Polyeda).
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
