  • Provide
    professional consulting and guidance
    to researchers in writing and submitting research proposals to national and international funding bodies (DIP, ISF, EU grants, ERC).
  • Lead the development of proposal strategies: structuring, defining research narratives, and selecting suitable panels for submission.
  • Identify and match researchers to relevant funding opportunities, with emphasis on ERC.
  • Advise on management of active projects, including complex contractual issues prior to proposal submission.
  • Represent the university in international professional forums and seminars.
  • Support the team across all activities and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering Sciences, or Social Sciences.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in
    consulting
    or
    advising researchers
    on research proposals and funding applications
    (not only writing personal proposals).
  • Proven track record of guiding and coaching others in preparing and submitting competitive proposals to major funding agencies (ERC, ISF, EU, etc.).
  • Experience in scientific writing consultation, editing, and strategic grant advising.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis and preparation of scientific content in English.
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English.
