Adzz LTD seeks a Web Development Product Manager to spearhead user experience research, agile processes, design, and testing. Join our dynamic team dedicated to creating cutting-edge web solutions.

Responsibilities
– Organize the product backlog, prioritize tasks, set the Sprints, and run daily standups

– Write product definitions and delegate tasks to the development team

– Write status updates to track progress

– Do QA to test new features and fix bugs

– Serve as the point of contact between the web development team, management, and all other departments

– Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma

– Conduct training for the in-house system for employees

– Manage a portfolio of multiple projects

– Manage multiple Asana projects across the company by creating projects, project sections, and project automation rules

Qualifications
– 2+ years of proven product management experience in web development

– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

– Excellent project management and communication skills

– Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills

– Fluent Russian is a plus

Skills/Tools
– Asana, Jira, or

– WordPress

– Figma

– Photoshop

– Notion, Loop, or other documentation system
