We are looking for a creative, sharp, Lean and open-minded
Product Manager
to join our product team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of innovative product initiatives that merge cutting-edge technology with a mission to protect bees and improve pollination.

What You'll Do

  • ?Gather, analyze, and translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications
  • .Lead cross-functional teams spanning R&D, operations, and other product managers to deliver on product strategies
  • .Define product objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, aligning business priorities with customer insights
  • .Drive the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and platforms
  • .Apply lean and agile methodologies to enable fast iteration and continuous integration and improvement
  • .Break down complex challenges into manageable components, ensuring end-to-end solutions
  • .Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware products, from requirements and design to development, manufacturing, and post-launch improvements

  • s5+ years of experience in product management in a
    multidisciplinary
    environmen
  • tProven success managing complex products in multi-disciplinary company
  • sBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (mechanical background preferred)
  • .Strong leadership skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams
  • .At least 2 years proven experience in a fast-paced startup environmen
  • tOpen-minded and adaptable, with the ability to embrace diverse perspectives and explore creative solutions
  • .Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to craft and tell a compelling product story
  • .Strategic thinker with creativity and a customer-first mindset
  • .High-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • .Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by the role
