What You'll Do
- Own and manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of advertisers, publishers, and demand partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, proactively optimize delivery, and ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients -leading onboarding, integration, troubleshooting, and ongoing communication.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to align client needs with AppStock's capabilities.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Provide regular performance insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain deep understanding of client goals, and translate them into actionable plans that drive retention and satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, in the AdTech or Mobile App industry.
- Solid understanding of in-app monetization and programmatic advertising
- Experience managing campaigns with platforms such as ironSource, AppLovin, AdMob, or similar, and working with SSPs and DSPs such as Magnite, Xandr, OpenX, Sharethrough.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and experience working with performance dashboards.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment..
- High-level English proficiency – both verbal and written – with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and internal teams.
Bonus Points For
- B.A. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience working in a scaling AdTech or SaaS startup.
- Experience working with both supply and demand-side partners.
- Passion for client success and a proactive, growth-driven approach to relationship management.
