We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-oriented Account Manager to lead partnerships with some of the world's most exciting mobile advertisers.
In this role, you'll own the relationship end-to-end - from strategy to execution - running performance campaigns across CPA, CPI, and Revenue Share models.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Campaign Manager in Mobile / Performance Marketing - Mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken - Mandatory.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate numbers into insights and actions – Mandatory.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Google Sheets, QuickSight, Looker Studio, or similar tools – Mandatory.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- A results-driven team player with a service mindset and a passion for growth and performance.
- Position located in Israel; hiring domestically only.

What You'll Do
- Be the main point of contact for global app advertisers across verticals like Gaming, Fintech, E-commerce, and Lifestyle.
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns to achieve client goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with our Affiliate and Media teams to maximize performance and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze performance data, create reports, and extract actionable insights that drive measurable growth.
- Identify and develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, expanding client budgets and deepening partnerships.
- Serve as your clients' internal advocate, ensuring transparency, impact, and long-term success.
