We are looking for an
Engineering Lead
to join a leading electronics assembly company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering activities, including ECO implementation, technical documentation, and production support
  • Plan and implement new processes, including NPI (New Product Introduction)
  • Prepare BOMs, production files, assembly instructions, Gerber files, AVL, and more
  • Build accurate cost estimates based on BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing processes
  • Serve as the technical interface with customers and provide clarifications
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Finance teams

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or Practical Engineer in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering – mandatory
  • Proven experience in electronics or assemblies – mandatory
  • Familiarity with SMT processes and components
  • Advanced Excel skills (including formulas)
  • SAP knowledge – strong advantage
  • Strong skills in reading drawings, analyzing BOMs, and cost estimation
  • Team player with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and system-wide perspective
