We are looking for a highly motivated 
Electrical Integration Engineer

to join our engineering team in Northern Israel. This is a unique opportunity to take part in advanced
aerospace and defense

projects, focusing on the 
design

and 
integration of electronic systems for airborne platforms

.


Key Responsibilities

· 
Lead system engineering definition

for electrical
integration

of avionics and mission systems.

· Develop a 
system-level architecture of assemblies and subsystems

, with emphasis on the 
electrical ICD

(Interface Control Document).

· Perform 
detailed electronic design

of harnesses, switching boxes, power supply LRUs, and integration solutions from concept to production and installation.

· Define and conduct 
Verification & Validation (V&V)

activities for electronic designs and integrations, including 
POD (Proof of Design), ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure), and qualification tests

.

· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (navigation, simulation, mechanics, software, avionics) to ensure seamless system integration.

· Support system integration and testing on airborne platforms.

· Write and review technical documentation including feasibility studies, manufacturing instructions, and installation guidelines.

Requirements

·  
B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

– mandatory.

·  Minimum 
5 years of experience

in electronic/electrical integration in the 
aerospace/defense industry

.

·  Proven experience with 
aircraft systems integration

(combat aircraft, helicopters, or UAVs).

·  Solid understanding of 
electrical ICDs

and system-level design.

·  Familiarity with 
military wiring standards

and avionics integration.

·  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in dynamic environments.

·  High-level technical English (documentation and communication).

Advantages

·  Background from the 
Israeli Air Force

or combat aircraft programs.

·  Experience leading engineering teams or acting as a professional authority in electrical/avionics design.

· Knowledge of navigation, communication, and avionics systems.
